FAQs

How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor? 

You can click the above link titled "Click Here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form.  You will first need to log in to your APAO account or create an account to fill out the form.

If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.  

You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form.  For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check.  An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register. 

How many attendees does APAO anticipate?

Based on last year's attendance, we are anticipating about 200 attendees. 

When will I receive the pre- and post-symposium attendee list? What information is included in the attendee list?

Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-symposium attendee list approximately two weeks before the symposium, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the symposium. Information shared will include name, designation, organization, city/state, and email address.  In compliance with CAN-SPAM privacy laws, APAO is required to give attendees the option to “opt-out” of the registrant listing. This final registration list will NOT include those attendees who opt-out.
 

What is the cancellation policy?

The total amount for exhibit space is due upon reserving of space and signing of the contract. In the event an Exhibitor cancels a contract, APAO must be notified in writing for refunds to be made. There will be a $250.00 administration fee assessed for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 21, 2024.
