What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

Where is the 2024 Symposium located?
The Symposium will be held at the Omni Nashville Hotel, 250 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 32703. Click here for directions.

How much is parking?
The Omni Nashville Hotel offers the following parking options:

Overnight valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available for $55 plus tax, per day/per vehicle.
Self-parking is available at the Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for $35 + tax per day. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun. Inform the Front Desk upon check-in for further instruction.
Daily and Event parking: 0-10 hours $32 | 10+ hours $55

Will there be Wi-Fi?
Complimentary basic wireless internet will be provided in both the guest rooms and the meeting space.

How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
To confirm your reservation, please call the hotel Reservations Department at (615) 782-5300.

When is the hotel cutoff date?

How do I claim my CMEs?
Following the Symposium an email will be sent out containing a survey. After completing the survey you will be redirected to a form where you can input the number of CMEs earned and the system will generate a certificate that will be sent to your email. Be sure to keep track of your earned CMEs to avoid delays when filling in the form. For assistance, contact [email protected].
