FAQs
How long will my information be listed in the Virtual Supporter Directory?
Your information will be accessible to attendees a week prior to the Meeting and three months after.
When will I receive the pre- and post-meeting attendee lists?
You will receive the pre-meeting attendee list roughly 1-2 weeks prior to the Meeting and the post-meeting list 72 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting. You will also receive a list in September that will capture any attendees that signed up after the Meeting closed out.
What should I provide as a giveaway?
Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to give away during the breaks, such as a virtual gift card that can be emailed to the winner, or a product your company ships to the winner. We also ask that you promote the meeting to your customers and prospects.
