Our own well-being is anchored on our self-awareness of our emotions, reactions, and ways of being in the various environments in which we operate. We will look at research-based keys for cultivating resilience and the behavioral practices that can help sustain our resilience and well-being in the everyday. In response to our neurobiology, we will learn to leverage emotional intelligence and self-compassion as two foundational skillsets for managing our challenging environments and potential adverse events.
